i have been misguided for buying vodafone 3g usb stick,
first while buying the stick they provided 3g broadband connection but after succesfull recharge of 599/- they are giving only gprs connection as unlimited ,

the shop outlets they too have the copy of vodafone offering of 3g broadband
i have spent 1300 for stick and 600/- for browsing in 3G

when i contacted the shop keeper they told to call customer care , but customer care people told me to raise consumer claims

i need to get my money back or need 3g connection without extra charges
