Vodafone Karnataka - I am not satisfied with Vodafone service

Hi,

I am using vodafone prepaid sim card. without inform me, you have activated the caller tune. I have tried to reach you so many times and informed to customer care regarding deactivate the caller tune.

And also, deducted the amount from my balance.

So, Please deactivate the caller tune in my mobile no. (9886021145). Please don\'t do this same mistake in future. If it is continue, i will take severe action.
