I had purchased a Reliance Netconnect product MDN:0********77 on 20thJuly09. Till now it was not activated. I have been contacting to the representatives however it is not being entertained. PFB mail chain: Kindly let me know, what should be my next step.

Dear Sir/Ma\'am,
I had purchased a Reliance Net Connect Product from Pune Reliance
Office and submitted all documents. Despite that my device is not
being activated, neither the refund is being done.
Product No. is MDN:0********77.
I have been writing mails to almost all available forums of Reliance
but not getting any revert back on this. It seems like, as if i had
done one of the biggest mistake by taking this product. Pune Reliance
representative are not picking up my call, not giving any positive
response.
Kindly provide the guidance.
