WE ARE HAVING 5 RELAINCE MOBILE AND FROM LAST 1 YEAR WE ARE COMPLAINING FOR NETWORK PROBLEM

WE DON'T HAVE NETWORK AT OUR HOME .THERE IS CONTINOUS RANGE PROBLEM .WE HAVE SEVERAL TIMES COMPLAINT ON CONSUMER NO,EMAIL TO ZONAL OFFICER,BUT TILL DATE NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN

EVERY TIME WE RECEIVE SMS OUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED

LOW NETWORK/CALL DROP/RANGE PROBLEM .

Complainant's Goal: WE WANT NETWORK SOLUTION AND ANTENNA TO BE PROVIDED AND COMPENSATION
