I was using a reliance data card - ********20 since Oct 2008. In the month of April, I had provided a disconnection request to the Reliance shop in Dwarka as well as Cust. Service. However, since then i have been receiving bills. I have already made payments for 3 months after my disconnection request and have not used the service since the disconnection request.
Every month i receive a call from reliance telling me to make the bill payment. Every month i inform about the history of the disconnection. Each time i'm told that it will be checked and will be taken care of. Again, no news till the next bill is generated and again i start receiving calls for bill payment.
Even today I have received a call from one of your agents. She asked me to make a payment but when i told her about the history she disconnected without any information, which i believe is very rude in any customer service industry.
I called her back and when i asked for her full name, she refused to give it and only said that her name is Megha (mob: +91 987 328 5663) and she is from reliance head-office. I cant believe your head office recruits people who do not have basic courtesy.
I had not complained to any other agency other than your customer service believing that you would sort out the error. But its still not done.
How do you guys retain people with such shabby processes? Why will a customer pay for a service which he had asked to be disconnected? Mistakes happen for a month but its been 6 months now. I have already paid for 3 months after the disconnection request. But still I'm asked to pay for the months.
I need you to check your records, emails I sent you, etc. and provide a closure. Pls. dont expect me to pay for mistakes made at your end. Instead you should be providing me a refund for the months i have paid for even after the disconnection request.

The issue is yet to be resolved. As per our discussion, the account is disconnected, I do not need to pay anything and do have any dues with Reliance. However, as informed on the call, I need a written communication from Reliance stating the same. I do not want this to crop up in the future and create hassle.
