I am having prepaid connection ********98. I am finding it difficult to maintain the balance in my mobile. Without taking my consent , M/s Reliance have deducted Rs 30 / from my balance today .
Please instruct M/s Reliance that I am not at all interested to subscribe any service other than calls reciept or send .
Complainant's Goal: refund of Rs 30 / . No further deduction from balance any further
