actually my set up box is not working since 20 days approximately .and i have lodged my complaint in reliance customer care centre but unfortunately there is no positive reply from them . they make frequently excuse of unavailability of set up box which is not a reasonable reason . according to the policy every problem must be solve with in a 48 hours . now more than half months passed out ,and i have made a complete payement recharge so my payment is also going waste .
