Reliance Communications Limited - deduction from my prepaid balance

I AM USER OF YOUR GSM SERVICE AND MY CELL NO. ********00. I WOULD LIKE TO BRING IN YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT THIS MONTH RS. 30.00+45.00+30.00 HAS BEEN DECUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY PRIER INTIMATION. I CALLED ON YOUR CSTOMER CARE NO. THEY INFORMED ME THIS AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FOR NEW UPDATE, MY FEELING SERVICE, AND SOME OTHER ONE. I WANT TO KNOW WITHOUT ASKING FROM YOUR CUSTOMER WHY YOU HAVE DEDUCTED THE SAME. WITHOUT GIVING ANY OPTION THE CUSTOMER WHEATHER INTRESTING TO AVAIL THIS TYPE OF SERVICE OR NOT YOU ARE DEDUCTING THE AMOUNT FROM HIS BALANCE AMOUNT.KINDLY REFUND MY ALL DEDUCTED AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT. AND FURTHER NOTE I AM NOT INTRESTED ANY THIS TYPE OF SERVICE LIKE, CALLER TUNE, ASTROLOGY, NEWS UPDATE, HEALTH, JOKES, MY FEELINGS, VOICE CHAT FROM GIRLS ETC.
AND I ALSO DO NOT WANT ANY CALL FROM YOUR SIDE THIS FILMI GANE, GIRLS CHAT VOICE, BY YOUR NO. 56694400,5********5********4 ETC.
KINDLY STOP ALL THIS TYPE OF CALL AND SMS ON MY NUMBER.
I HOPE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEMS AND WILL DO FAVOUR ME.
I HOPE YOU WILL STOP ALL THESE THINGS ON MY CELL NO.
I HOPE YOU WILL NOT PROVIDE ME ANY CHANCE TO WRITE ANY COMPLAINT IN FUTURE.
