My last complaint was not solved and again the same problem is created by Reliance communication. I activated 1 paisa sms pack on 5th of April and this pack is auto activated again after every 30 days. Now the problem is that before 30 days my this service was deactivated due to which I was charged Re. 1 per sms instead of 1 paisa. The logic given was that I had no sufficient balance in my account, but want to inform you that I had Rs. 400+ in my account. Due to this negligence I lost Rs. 150. Including the complaint and this one I was wrongly charged Rs. 1130. Now after this I am going to contact the news channels for my problem. Hope before this if the problem is solved then it will help in maintaining good relation.

dear sir actuly i have my own reliance cdma nd i have used a sms 1 paisa sms pack and 9it renewed autometickly.... so i want to remove my sms pack so kindly mail me the deactivet code of this service ............. abhishek
