Previous complain details: ID-5267
This complaint is same as what I have reported last month for my mobile number ********08. Cricket Daily Pack is again activated and amount is debited daily from my account. I have never applied for this pack and I have made 3 times request to unsubscribe from this pack at customer care and 3 times at Nodal lavel.
Today I talked to Nodal office again and they asked me to talk to customer care. But *333 is just wastage of time which never works. I am writing this after trying for half an hour.
This is the level of customer service offered by Reliance. Now proabably I have to say stay away from Relaince GSM.
Please look into the problem and fix the root cause of automatic subscription of Daily Pack.
This is the last time I am trying to solve this problem else I am going to see the consumer court.

ACTIVATION OF CRICKET PACK
My mobile no is 0********67 From past one week daily I am complaining regarding cricket pack activated on my phone. I never I asked for ANY PACK. Company is deducting Rs. 5/- on daily basis. I spoke to Miss RITA,SAMEER,VARINDER,KRISHAN GURDEEP IN MOHALI any more. Each one assured me that pack will be discontinued and my money will be refunded. NOTHING IS HAPPENING. My Complaint nos are : 147873658,148011370,148061549. Kindly ask the Company to STOP the pack and refund my money.
