Nihal Singh ke naam se Jammu mai chal raha hai. maine apna mobile Postpaid se Prepaid mai convert karaya tha. thabi mujhe ek call aaya ki aapka Rs. 500 due hai. maine unhe bataya ki aap mera mobile Postpaid se Prepaid mai convert kar dijiye. Aapke Customer Care ne bola ki aap pahle ka balance aur convert charges account mai jama kara dijiyega aur aapka number postpaid se prepaid mai convert ho jayega. mere father ne Rs. 1000 jama kara diye. jisme Rs. 500 pahle ka balance due tha aur Rs. 500 jo ki convert ke liye the lekin aapke customer care ne bataya ki aapko isme Rs. 375 ka talktime bhi milega jo ki abhi tak nahi mila. ye baat 3 may 2010 ki hai. to aap log please humari help kijiye aur humara talktime balance dijiye.
