Reliance net connect data card stopped working and the customer service deliberately delayed termination request and generated bills even when the data could not be consumed. Frequently harrassing the customer by email, sms and lok adalath notices.
Several emails with proof were shared with chairman's office but still issue doesn't die down.

Complainant's Goal: Reversal of charges and apology from Reliance end
