Respected Sir/Madam,
I am disappointed with the unwanted activation of "Music Gold Pack" again and again. Every month I used to talk with the "Customer Care" to deactivate this pack. They deactivate it and again for the next month it automatically activated on my number. I have requested many times to remove any 'code' for this service but all in vain. Today dated 20/12/2010 this "Music Gold Pack" Rs. 25/month activated on my mobile number and you know what,while pressing option 4 to talk to customer representative, computer generated response is "I am sorry, option 4 is not a valid choice".
I am totally frustrated. I want my 25 Rs.balance back and request to remove "Music Gold Pack" service forevever. Even,last month I was out of station and they deduct 25 Rs for this service and I could not deactivate it.
Please please please, help me out.
I have been your customer since two years and this time for last 3-4 months I am totally frustrated.
I have written this long complaint from this you can understand HOW FRUSTRATED I AM?
