complaint on unnecessay charges

reliance smart mobile services has taken 20 rupees from my main account balance.Though, i have not
activated any services such as voicechat,hellotunes or other any services.but they themselves activated and charging rupees.
as it fine, which is not right. so i want to repay my 20 rupees money. my smart number is ********54. If it is rectified,
and return my money i will continue using this number,if not i will throw off the sim.
and i want to don\'t harass to customer from this types of services which not activated any this types of services.
