This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a reliance customer from last ten years and have used multiple reliance com products but from last few months I am very much unsatisfied with your services and customer support.
I have made multiple complaints in last 5 months regarding my landline phone (Account No. 500002414562, MDN No. 2231922767) and till date the issue has not been resolved.
My services are down since April 2012. Whenever I log a complain, your executives promise to resolve the issue in 24-48 hrs but till date it has not been resolved. But, I keep getting calls for the collection of minimum amount due on landline. When I try to reason with your guys why I am being charged if I am not being provided the services. I was told that as a minimum payment I have to pay the amount.
The amount due is not much (only Rs. 718) but I am being wrongly charged for the services which was never provided.
Last month (July 2012) somebody from Sanpada Webworld approached me and said he will get the services started if I pay Rs. 110 for same. Reluctantly I paid him but the services are still down.
To add to my problems I received a Notice from an advocate (Shadab Peerzade) asking me to pay up or they will take legal action against me.
When I called Mr. Sameer Patil (********35)authorized representative, I got a very rude response saying I rather payup or will have to do the same in the court.
I would request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and do the needful.
