Issue: I have got my monthly rental plan changed to Simple 99 for my Reliance Mobile Number ********17 on 0ctober, and i also informed them to deactivate any value added packages and caller tune if any.
But nothing was deactivated, then since November, I have been calling up Reliance Customer care on the Number *222, to get the same deactivated.
But still nothing have been deactivated.

Kindly look into this issue and raise an complaint on the same, and do the needful.
