Reliance Communications Limited - Complaint against reliance CDMA handset

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am reliance customer having CDMA connection from July, 2008 till date. During the tenure till date, I haven't defaulted any payment/recharges, neither have delayed due date payments/recharges. Please check my record and the same would be reflected.

With deep regrets i am bringing to your notice the inability of the Reliance Customer care executives to resolve my problem till date. The complaint on the above is brought to your notice because of no attention paid to the customer complaints. Regardless of the fact that I have called your call centre and written mails to service assurance cell several times and provided them with all details as desired but your customer care executives have not shown any interest to resolve my problem.. Moreover the way they have interacted in unaccepatable and show's the mis management of brand's commitment towards customer service.

Let me narrate one such example for your understanding.

I was charged for my handset repair during the stint of my warranty period by the LG Service center. I tried to seek help from the Reliance Comm. Outlet from where I had purchased the handset but was in vain. I had risen the complain against the same with Reliance customer care on 24th of June 2009 but till date I have been fooled around and not got my refund. They don’t even bother to respond back to customer complaints and whenever they do so they come up with a very standard statement “we have documented and forwarded your complaint to relevant department for redressal. One of our executives will be in touch with you shortly.”, but of no help till date. I have received several reference no’s for a single complain, i don’t understand why so?

Hope some responsible person at Reliance looks into these reference no’s and hope fully refund my money.

I am forced to send mail on the above issue and also want to highlight on the mental torcher and agony that I have gone through while being in queue for several hours seeking help from your executive. After whiling away so much of my time in desperate search for solution I have thus planned to bring to your notice failing which I would be forced to write complains about Reliance CDMA mobile service about the unability to re-solve dispute of customer complain to all the leading newspaper dailies & electronic channels in the speak out columns on brands.

Please treat this mail as a final reminder otherwise I have no option but to move to consumer forum and lodge a complain about attrocities committed by Reliance CDMA mobile service over its customer and the SLAs delivery associated with it.

Looking forward for resolution on the above subject at the earliest.
