Reliance Communications Limited - Complaint against quality of service

Respected Sir,

My name is Akhil Jeeson. I am from chennai.

I took a Reliance broadband+ data card around 7 months ago. My data card number is ********53.

I was getting good speed in the first month but after that my speed started reducing.

I have raised a lot of complaints and in two days, I will get a call from reliance telling that my problem will gt fixed in another week.

Its been more than 6 months since I started getting the same answer and Reliance has done nothing for fixing the problem.

I got to know that its is the problem with the tower in my area (Tambaram, chennai).



I was given a free plan for 3 months and the customer representative has assured me that the problem will get fixed in this 3 months’ time. But like i said, it’s been more than 6 months and the problem is still unfixed.

Today, I called customer care and I spoke to Mrs. Rajashwery and Mr. Anoop Nair (Team Leader) and they were not giving me perfect answers.

They wer telling like the Network team is working on the issue and that can’t guaranty that the problem will get fixed very soon.

I am not satisfied with the information they provided. They also told me that I have to pay the full bill amount even during the time I am facing the issue.

Reliance is not providing any provisions for its customers and reliance can’t do anything for its customers. I even told them that I am going to raise a complaint in the consumer court and they said I can’t raise the complaint because I have signed the terms and conditions while taking the connection.

But then, I am complaining against the poor quality of service which reliance is providing to its customers. Also, the way they were speaking were not polite or convincing.



I am fed-up with reliance. now, I am getting a bandwidth of 38kbps and download speed of 4kbps and for that I am supposed to pay 750 rs + 12% tax.

As an Indian citizen I believe that I have certain rights. Since I took reliance data card, reliance company is supposed to give me quality service.

I would like to raise up a complaint against it.
