This is to bring to your notice that I, “Mr. Arpit Gupta”, resident of 3/241 Viram Khand Gomti Nagar, Lucknow bought a Reliance Net Connect 3x CDMA(@ ********56) device in the month of January 2010 in 1st wk, against a payment of 2300 Rs for the device and Rs 250 for the connection from Reliance Web World Gomti Nagar ,Lucknow and the sale was bealt by “Mr Abhishek” The device was not activated within due time and after repeated complains and visits to the Reliance Web World Office, Gomti Nagar ,Lucknow I was told that it can’t be activated because of due payment of Rs 1200 approx on my previous mobile connection I made the payment as u soon as I was informed about it but still my connection was not activated for another 15 days. It was activated only after i told the field officer “Mr Amit Singh Kaushik” of Up East Zone Lucknow that I would prefer my connection to be disconnected and refund the payment for the Reliance Net Connect Device as it was proving to be a very time consuming affair.

After activation, the device worked for hardly 15 days and the services was suspended there after. On complaining again no reason was given for suspension of services and all my complains fell on deaf ears. Finally the connection was terminated without any prior notice and no explanation was given for the termination, on several visits to the Reliance Web World Gomti Nagar Lucknow and interacting with “ Mr Umesh” I was told that nothing could be done and i should buy a new connection against a further payment of Rs 250, as no due payment from my side and asking for the reason of abrupt termination of services I was told to contact “Mr Amit Singh Kaushik “ (@ ********22) Field Offcer Up East Zone Lucknow.

On calling the Field Officer (@ ********22) and asking for the explanations for abrupt discontinuation of the services ,He disconnected the call after saying that he is not responsible for any of this and i was not even told whom to contact for my complains.

Such callous behavior is not expected from reputed name like “Reliance Communication” .just buying simple Net Connect Device taxed my mind and took a toll on my time and energy. I had cleared my entire previous bill and made a total payment of Rs 2550 for the new connection and the device and still i able to use your services for just 15 days in past 5 months.

As a consumer I would say that my dealing with Reliance was not at all satisfactory and I would prefer to return the device and obtain any refund as per the company policy, and switch over to some other network.

At the same time i would request you to look into the matter find the official responsible for this trouble and do the needful.

yes i have also bought a reliance netconect+ , the company executive told me that it will provide 3.1mbps speed. after using i have got maximum 45kbps seed in nights and in day0.1-1kbps speed and also there costumer care not supporting after selling there product. The reliance is a very unreliable fake commitment to the costumers...Reliance is very bad & there products are also bad..please dont go with him.
