On 13th October I got a SMS from reliance service that said \"Now you can listen to more than 50000 songs in your local language. call tall free number 564642\". After that I called this number there I was instructed to choose my language, I chose Hindi, After that it said thank you for subscribing to mera wala gana. You can enjoy songs in your selected language for first 30 minute after that you will charged 30 rupees per month, for your favorite songs press 2 for help press 3 and for unsubscribing press 4. I immediately presses 4 and cut the call. Later on when I checked my balance 30 rupees had been deducted from my account. I even called customer care but no avail.
How can reliance service automatically subscribe me to any service without notifying and asking me. When I made that call then it didn\'t say that by just selecting language option you will be subscribed to this service and will be charged for the same. Also why should I pay for something which I don\'t want to use. Even if the subscription happened without my response or notification then also why should I pay for 1 month when I have not even used it for one day. At max they should have charged for one day.
I request consumer forum to look into this matter and take action against reliance service so that in future they will not cheat somebody.
