I deposited Rs 500 against my three cell number ********38,********71,********37 at M.A.Road reliance mobile store Srinagar Kashmir on 5th of january 2010 via e-billing but the same is still not credited into my account. To add insult to injury my cell was disconnected on 8th of jan for non payment of bill. When I went to the said store to ask them to restore my service as i had deposited my bill with them they said they are helpless as they cannot do the same.Incharge of the said store nmaely Ahtisham was rude in indecent while talking to me. To save myself from further embarassment i deposited the amount of Rs 400 again against my two numbers and only then my service was restored. When i asked for the recipt against my previous payment they denied the same outrightly. Hope the said forum will take care of the complaint.
