Complaint:
I had taken this connection from reliance outlet , 21st century building, ring road surat, in the month of April 2012, wherein I paid Rs.2320, for 3 month unlimited usage with dongle free and I was happy with the service, after three months on 20th August 2012 I went to the same outlet to get it disconnected as 3 months commitment was over.
In the outlet I was offered with 4 months advance rental, which means for next 4 months there will be unlimited usage by paying Rs. 2000 + Tax = Total amount of Rs. 2250.00 along with all the dues, So I paid the amount due and also paid Rs.2250.00 as advance rental.. and the service representative also registered the same in her computer and confirmed that the plan will be change with immediate effect.
Later in early December 2012 I received a SMS asking me to make a payment of rs. 780 odd, so as soon i reached Surat on 18th December 2012 i visited the same store, it was informed me that the server is down and i have visit later, so i again visited the same store on 22nd December 2012, luckily same service representative was present how served me on 20th August 2012, she informed me that the request of plan change was taken and was in her records but the plan has not changed in her system, so she assured me problem will be rectified and also register a complaint on it, further she offered me a 2 GB free plan, so i opted for the same, where in i don’t have to make any payments until i use more then 2 GB.
According to this i am not liable to make any amount to the service provider as i have already make the payments and now i am in free plan.. now they have increased the bill to Rs. 1250 odd, with late payment and other charges and also disconnected the service of my broadband from past one month.
Their after i again came to my home town Bangalore and now i am been daily harassed by reliance representatives to make payments, every time i make them understand and they promise to look in the matter and solve it and after some time some other person call from reliance.
So I request you to help me to sort this issue and settle this matter also start my broadband connection again with compensating for the loss they made to me.
