hi myself karthik and have a reliance no ********58.. on 11th i recharged rs 30 and got 24rs.. i had 3rs balance earlier.. so total balance was 27.. yesterday morning i used this sim card and switch offed around 7.15am.. later i switch on at 5.30pm..when i check the balance it was just 7rs.. when i called customer care they told jokes pack have been activated from your side by dialing some *code at 12.23pm.. am wondering how can i activate when the mobile is switched off.. reliance is not agreeing that, i switch off my mobile.. kindly give my money back..the same happened for my other number ********99 also, it was on 6th june as said by customer service representative.
