Dear Whomsoever it may concern ,
I am a new user of reliance services holding number ********00 in Delhi , under 599 plan. Since the day I bought it i am unable to use this as its most of the time there is no signals . Despite of sending so many request no one has bothered to reply from resolution team. I am so upset that my work is getting suffer because of this . I am sitting like an idiot who can not Port it before three months as per the stupid policies of TRAI . I dont know for what reason i m making reliance eat my hard earned money .
Hope you will check my complaint status with reliance and help me getting out of the mess by getting a new network on the same number..
