Dear Sir,
We had taken 11 datacards in the span of 2years and wanted to disconnect all these by June of 2010, since our requirements have changed.
In the process of requesting for disconnection we faced an order to clear all the bills due to accept the disconnection letter.

Above is the detail of the connections and payments made against each card on the 6th of September, as promised by billing that there was no other rental accruing.
We tried to collect all the bills and make a payment, but the next month’s bill accrued since Reliance representatives kept creating confusions about the procedure and the amount due.
We finalized after a commitment of the final amount, since we have stopped using these cards for the past three months, and made the payment on the 6th of September. Now the customer care tells us there is no payment and another amount has accrued for the month of September, so they will not disconnect.
We were about to request for one new connection, but we have decided otherwise to go for the competitors because Reliance is cheating us with a never ending process of bill payment without disconnection.
By law you are to disconnect as soon as you get a disconnection letter and request for the payments due( by your collection process).
By withholding disconnection you are forcing the customer to pay a monthly rental that is not due on him.
Kindly expedite your process else we may be forced to approach the appellate and local judicial system.

Why people still go to this Fraud company?
Reliance is the biggest cheater of customers - Be it Mobile, or Fresh or whatever.
Just run away to the nearest competitor and file Consumer case for the pending issues.
