Sir, i have recharged my cell with 200/- top up on 22/12/10 at 08:48:15 pm. that time my balance was Rs:180+ after a 20 min call i checked my balance & i found Rs:144/-. immediatly i talked to reliance customercare through calling 198. they told my account balance is deducted with Rs:30/- as Astrology pack is activated. actually i have not seen any such pack and also not selected that one. i told the c care people to get it cancelled and addback my balance to my account. they strictly denied that point. in this situation you are only the soure to get the right justice for me. plz help me to get back my balance. and warn them for adding such packs to the customers and making false money.
