dear sir,
i applied for connection change from prepaid to postpaid of mobile no(0********45) on 30 may 09.
my documents were collected by mandeep(reliance employee sadar bazar agra).
but he lost some of the documents n afterwards saying i dint recieve the documents.
again i deposited my documents to mr gurdyal (reliance employee sadar bazaar agra) on 3 jun09.
i ve called them 100 times but all in vain.
my connection is not changed till now,hence causing me huge losses and mental tension.
i request you to take immediate action otherwise i ll be forced to go to consumer court.
and i want apologies from the employees
