This is to bring to your kind notice that there is a error in the income tax computation for assessment year 2008-2009. As mentioned in the ITR form filed and acknowledged by you -- income from other sources was Nil.
However, you have taken income from other sources also as 749061/- This seems to be a typing error at your end. Because of this wrong calculation you have sent me an erroneous income tax demand notice of INR 348634. This is an error which needs to be rectified on an urgent basis.
Request you to urgently re-calculate the income tax computation and confirm to me about the action taken.
