this medical shop( B-23 OPP. MADAN PARNAMI MEMORIAL HOSPITAL RAJA PARK JAIPUR RAJ. ) is selling an EYE LENSES....which he get from BALANI ENTERPRISES...(DEEPAK BALANI,370,NEAR BEES DUKAN,JAIPUR,09829162999) HE GET THESE LENSES FROM delhi in just rs.550/- without paying any tax...deepak then sale it to MOHIT ENTERPRISES...a fraud firm...which is not register to sale these lenses...in 3000/-
then mohit enterprises sale it to the customer @rs.6500/- with bill and charging tax from the customers...this firm approximately sale 400-500 lenses per month in SMS HOSPITAL JAIPUR..WITHOUT PAYING ANY TAX TO THE GOVERNMENT..
THIS FIRM MONTHLY MAKES THE PROFIT OF RS.20-25 LAKHS fraudly...without paying any tax....(sale+income) from the poor peoples..patients come here in the hope for the cheap treatment but this firm is charging so high ...
the amt. for this lenses is just 1100/- in SMS HOSPITAL....the illitrate patients are not aware of this information...but DEEPAK BALANI SEND ALL THESE CUSTOMER TO MOHIT MEDICAL IN RAJA PARK ..JAIPUR and all the patients get cheated...
a big fraud is going in this GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL....which is biggest hospital in rajasthan....
please try to save all these poor patients....and take as much as tax from this firm...

Dr. Ombeir Singh, Regd. No. 30119, Consultant ENT Surgeon, Regd. office 1899-B, Kotla MubarakPur, South Extn.-I, New Delhi also practicing R-2/11, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. His normal fee is Rs. 100/-. Urgent fee 300/ and most urgent fee is 500/-. and never gives the receipt for the said payment. The doctor first time charged Rs.100/- after that whenever you asked for time to take patient for treatment, he always say that booking in normal rate after 10 days, if you want that doctor see you pay in urgent case Rs. 300/ and in most urgent case Rs. 500/. and payment receipt will not provide. The Income Tax Department shall look into this matter -1. Is he paying the appropriate tax. 2. How many patient he see daily.
