DELL India - Worst ever experience with my alienware desktop

I have had probably the worst ever experience with Alienware x51. Got the whole system replaced TWICE in just first 3-4 months. Then got the 3rd replacement which i think was working well than the first two. But now in less than a year my system just freezes randomly. Ran all the tests,updated windows optional updates but the freezing problem still exists. Might be a motherboard issue said an expert. I will be asking for money back if the technical support asks for replacing any of the components.
