DELL India - Problem with my Dell Studio Laptop

There is no display, when i start my laptop lights blinks on sound bar but screen remains blind (No display). I am facing continuous problems with my laptop. Battery back-up goes on 20 minutes within one year. I purchased my laptop in Sept'11 but dell not provided me windows 7, whether it was affected from June'09.
