DELL India - we purchased dell desktop computer tag no.GKK63BS. DVD Writter not working.

We purchased dell desktop vostro 220 computer tag no GKK 63BS on 26.5.2009 from wellwin shop Jaipur.DVD writter not working. Try to register complaint at 1800-425-4026 & 1800-425-8045 but not success. there is no proper response from technical unit of dell call/care centre.
