Recently I shifted to Chennai from Delhi. I was looking for an accommodation on sharing basis. I found Mrs Poornima's PG. Initially she promised that I will get separate wardrobe, toilet is cleaned everyday, north Indian food 3 - 4 times a week. Being New in the town I believed her and shifted to that place. She never shared any rule book that she has for her PG occupant. For almost 20 days I consistently kept on pestering her about the filthy condition of place. I keep on demanding her all thing that she claimed i will get at the time of shifting. At last I had to say that I will shift my place I stayed there for 18 days. She said that she will give my advance back but at last moment she denied saying that she will deduct half month money as compensation and showed me her rule book at that time. Now I am running after her asking for my balance money but she is in no mood to give it back to me. On whole she has charged me 6600 for 18 days stay in that filthy place. I just want my money on genuine basis.
