This is to bring to your notice that this P.G in Bangalore,
Address- H.No.1542,16th main, 2nd phase, JP nagar,
Near ragi Gudda temple, & Nalanda English school, Bangalore-560078
This PG illegal , they have taken 6000 RS as refundable advance , after leaving PG they are not giving me my money back, so i fought n then they given me cheque, & the cheque got bounce, & my advocate sent him notice then he gave me money back..i think he font have license because he didn't give any receipt to any , so i request to take action on them...

I support you dude,a lot of illegal PG are there in Bangalore LIke that,I dnt know what Bangalore pOlice doing
Not only Bangalore....Illegal PG's are present almost everywhere.
Diffrnt tricks are also used to hold back the refundable addvance. e.g- There is a PG in sector 1, salt lake, kolkata where a person has to give 2 months notice before leaving the PG. Only then the refundable amount is adjusted as the rent of 1 month. But the land lady starts harrasing the girl in various ways (falsely accusing her of destroying PG properties, making excuses not to provide her food, abusing her and her family indirectly during breakfast and lunch with the help of her favorite long time tenant) once she gives 2 months notice making it impossible for any decent girl to stay the entire period of 2 months.
So, finally the girl has to go away wihout adjusting the refundable money and it goes in pocket of cheatr landlady.
