I Tushar Wadekar having Dell Inspiron 1525 with service Tag Numbar FQXB2BS.
For getting 2 years complete cover warranty i have called Dell customer care.
The person who help me for warranty quotation was Mr. Naveen gupta(Naveen_Gupta@Dell.com).
He has send me Warranty Quoatation -********5041I.
After that he transferred call to Mr. Karandeep Singh(Karandeep_Singh@Dell.com).
As per his instructions i have made payment of Rs. 11000 through online transfer against the Warranty Quotation -********5041I on 28th July 2010.
I have called him on his direct number 01244579161.
But till today that is on 7th august 2010, ha has not updated my warranty for 2 years complete cover.
So after paying rs, 11000, i have not got my dell laptop warranty for 2 years complete cover.
