I AM SULOCHANA KANODIA. MY MOBILE NO. IS 0********56. FROM LAST ONE MONTH I AM FACING PROBLEMS OF CALL ENDED IN VODAFONE IN MY OFFICE.
WHENEVER I USED TO MAKE CALLS IT SHOWS CONNECTING AND THEN SHOWS CALL ENDED BEFORE ANYONE PICKS UP. SAME IN CASE OF INCOMING.
I HAVE LODGED COMPLAINTS THREE TIMES IN CUSTOMER CARE BUT STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTS DESPITE ASSURANCE BY EXECUTIVE.
I HAVE INSERTED SIM IN OTHER MOBILE TOO BUT STILL SAME PROBLEM TILL THERE.
I ASKED VODAFONE STORE IN BIRHANA ROAD KANPUR TO VISIT MY OFFICE AND SEE BUT THEY BLANTLY REFUSED.
IF I WILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM CONSISTENTLY MY BUSINESS IS SUFFERING DUE TO THIS.
PLEASE HELP ELSE I WOULD HAVE NO OPTION THAN TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER MOBILE PROVIDER.
