Vodafone UP East - i m getting call from unknown number and he is using bad words..

i am getting call from ********70..
and the person who is holder of this number most of the time using abusive language...
can you please give me all the details of this number!!!

Mai ek retailer hu. Mere customer k no. Par (********27) gprs work nhi kr rha hai. Setting kitani bar refresh kr chuke hai. Balance 1000 hai. DHL pr call karne par setting refresh karne ko kaha jata hai.
97 ka gprs paik bhi pada hai. Kya kare . Kripya suchit kare.
