Vodafone UP East - i am totly unsatisfide with your service

i am useing vodafonein service. but without intemation three time my phone service break up & without my permetion sending ringtone cut my actual balance. So cheque this matter seriously.

dear sir,last friday i was went ur hub center (rdc)raj ngr,to complent for my recomend for my outgoing call n a mam say me that ur data will send ur email id n 25 rs.cut my account but detail of my no. is not delever to me so plz do something formy data which delever on my email id.mohansingh72@ymail.com
