I was using a Matrix Sim Card for Germany which stopped working after a few hours of usage. I was totally gearing to blast the customer care with such bad services, but on the contrary, the lady on the call not only apologised but helped me reboot the phone and some other sections that she made me switch on, which actually made all the difference.. So all in all am impressed !!
