Very slow internet.
Hardly any download speed.
Connection drops.
Been 4-5 days since lodged a complaint (number ********) , no action yet. They called 2-3 times just to confirm that we have lodged a complaint. Never a call from some technical person or so called engineer. If you have engineers then get them to check the line or whatever can be potential problem areas. If firmware upgrade is needed then check that. Do whatever is needed , just do. Download speed that i am getting on a 2Mbps plan, is always 25-30 KB/s !!!
On top of that , the connection drops midway.
Complainant's Goal: Need this pathetic goverment service to be fixed else we get it disconnected.
