Respected Sir,
I have taken the mtnl broadband connection for my no. 011-22779150 but from what I have exppreiced I can say it is the worst service provider I had called several times there consumer care no. 1504 but nobody responds but eventully I got my complaint registered on 01/06/10 Comp. no. 3972 and was given resonse time as 24 hours but I got no response even after 48 hours I called 1504 again they said you can talk to broadband area manager by taking his number from enquiry no. 197 but area manager Mr. Anand does not like incoming calls so he did not receive any of my calls so than I registered my comlaint on there P.G. cell but till now I have not got any reponse calls or anything, people hardly have anytime to to even complaint I was having this prolem of broadband not working for long but did not complaint I thought it would start working normally as it gets working somedays but now it has completely stopped working. So from my expreince what I feel is Mtnl is the worse service provider for broadband it lags in every department.

I am ‘Mr.Lalit Mohan Jain’ a user of your mtnl landline from’E-5/10, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051’ and my telephone number is ‘011-22095094’. I was having an internet broadband connection but I discontinued with this service last 2 months back i.e. on 23-june-2010 and I have received its bill now. I request you to kindly correct this error and issue us a new bill, I am sending this application on time so you may send us a bill ASAP, and I will not pay the fine

Sir, I made a complaint of my dead telephone line on 6-sept-2010, but no actions are taken against it. The complaint number is- 1174. According to my information if the landline is dead or disturbed for more than 15 days and no actions are taken then customer need not to pay the bill. Kindly take some actions for my landline ASAP and for the bill also.

sir, mera telephone no-25990318-hai 20 dino se mera net bund hai. maine kafi baar iski complaint karwai magar koi bhi farak mahi pada, line man ko bhi jab kehta hoon ki net thik karo to jawab dete hai ki jab tak sewapaani nahi karoge aapka net kabhi thik nahi chal sakta. so please sir meri problem solve karo. thanx

They are the worst of worst provider in the world. the same i have experienced not once but several time. these are the people who are eating our nation. look at airtel best service provider in delhi. within 3 hours they contact.

if i get a chance i will fire these officials and privatize all govt. sector.
