MTNL Delhi - Suddenly 3G Data account balance reduced to 0 from 5 GB.

Dear Sir,
I had recharged for my mobile no. ********98 with data recharge card worth Rs.850 (6 GB data, Validity : 30 days) on 05.11.2011 from CGO Sanchar
Haat through SDE, Mr. Vasim Akhtar. Before using the data today (09.11.2011), the data account balance was 5634121 KBytes (5 GB). Suddenly it is reduced
to 0.
What is the problem. Please look into the matter at the
earliest.
