I, Mohammed Ahmed Hussain, bearing Mobile # 0********89, have recharged with Rs. 55 on 22-02-2011 at 20:39 Hours (8:30 PM) and I'm suppose to receive Rs. 45 but I haven't, after that I called twice to the same number where I spoke to my friend for 28 Secs and 17 Mins & 32 Secs and the charges are supposed to be Rs.9 and 50 Paise and the remaining Balance should be Rs. 34.57 but I was left with only Rs.24.57. Even after calling the customer care,no action was taken, infact CCE has disconnected my call thrice while transferring my call to their supervisor, and they are too poor in English to communicate with the customer.
I want that my amount should be reversed asap and a serious action should be taken against the CCE's.

I received a call from the CCE. And I'm happy with his response. And he agreed that the my feedback will be taken seriously.
I'm happy with his service, he was polite and kind.
