Airtel Telemedia Services - forwarding of sms from individual's number without her knowledge

We are ur proud customer. A point is being forwarded for your consideration. Some sms are being forwarded from airtel No. 9717796791 (customer - Mrs Seema Mukul). mainly they are regarding election campaign and advertisements. Customer is not sending any sucnh sms. No such sms are available in her message out box. But some body is receing sms from her name and number. Pl check and stop such service. Thanks.
