I was in Singapore for a few days and was using a matrix sim card. On the 5th day of the trip the sim card flashed as not registered! I contacted their support team to get a solution! As they explained i had damaged the sim at my end! To my surprise they sent me a new sim card in Singapore in a matter of 48 hours! That’s great customer recovery! Really impressed with their services and issue addressal processes!! Top Notch guys!!
