Employee Provident Fund - Till date Not Received PF amount

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Sudhir Rawal ex Employee of Vcustomer India Pvt Ltd. Mohan co operative Mathura Road Delhi. I left this company in Feb. 2007 and after a year I have submitted me PF withdraw form. In vcustomer during my tenure I was having three PF accounts means one account per year. After my submitting the form I got only one account money. When I asked Pf department why this has been happened with me they given me lots of excuse. I again submitted my withdraw form in June 2008. But Till date I didn’t get any response From PF department and my last company.



Kindly help me for collect the details for below accounts and how I can withdraw ASAP.
