Employee Provident Fund - Provident Fund refund not received till date

Dear Sir,

Subject: Provident Fund No: HP/3171/708 - not settled.

This is with reference to the settlement of claim for provident fund. Orange Business Services has submitted my Provident Fund settlement forms (Form 19, 10C and Form 13) to your office on July, 2010 and the same has been accepted in your office on August, 2010.

I am sorry to state that I have neither got my provident fund settled nor any response from your office till date, despite writing several reminders to your office aI shall be highly grateful if you could help me obtaining my hard earned provident fund at the earliest.

I worked for a Site Enginer in Aster teleservices company in Chennai in their for 2 years. Then I resigned because of my family situvation.

I would like to withdraw my PF amount due to me. I worked for 2 years and the amount is very huge for me.

I resigned april 17th 2010. and i applied PF june 22nd . But Right now i am not getting PF . Then

When contacted my employer, they replied your form is process. it will clear 1 week like that going 1 months .whether they told . i can believe it .

Anyone please advise me the right way.
