Employee Provident Fund - PF office not accepting complaint on PF Delay

PF accounts officer at Begur Road, Bomanahally is not interested in accepting the complaint on delay in re-imbursement of PF from the company.

PF Pending from one Year five Months, had been to the PF office on 04th May & 13th May 2009.

Reason for delay is, the company has not submitted the annual returns.

Dear sir,
I have so many times asked for hr department.Last month only he is send my pf form.But i have through online checked form is not received.My PF ACCOUNT NO-TN/12186/4495.Previous company name premier mills ltd,hosur unit,belathur(post),bagalur.hosur,krishnagiri(dist) .Tamil nadu.Pls arrange my amount sir.My mail ID-umamahesw@rediffmail.com.

After 7 Months I fill the fom of PF & till date I have not recieve any infomation regarding my PF

PF A/c No. MH 41033 / 7255

Plz Suggest me what to do.
