I was in UK when i could not make/ receive calls from my Matrix Sim card. Initially I was really irritated but when i got in touch with their customer centre who were decent enough to inform that it was a problem throughout the network!! Infact they even called up once everything was up and functional to check if my sim was working fine!! Appreciate the empathy!
