MR. Vimal and Kamal Sethia who have recently made a construction of a commercial + residential building in front of my house has surely not filed and ITR and are not giving proper tax. The construction of this building is going to be conpleated and the project cost is Rs. 5 crores. these people has always been doing small business laike Cabel operator and Atta Chakki. Looking at there income from laste 15 years there is no such source from where they could get Rs. 5 crore. I am sure they have not shown the source of the money to construct the building. The are planning to sell a single shop for Rs. 8 lakhs and they have constructed 8 such shops. They have also sonstructed the commercial halls and shops in residential area which is not legal. They have constructed a hall for restaurant purpose which they are planning to start. They are very soon going to start a showroom on the basement.
The income tax department of Rajasthan is not taking much interest in such constructions because of the curroption at the lower levels. There are many such illegal constructions and people who are not giving taxes.
